Damaged items and returns
We carefully check our packages before sending them to you.
We highly recommend checking your item, whenever possible, the moment you receive it. If for any reason you receive a damaged product from the shipping, we will take it back from you and send you a new item.
In the case of damage, email us with a description and some pictures and we will get in touch with you.
We will accept items that are returned within a 15-day period. Items that are damaged due to use will not be taken back. Kindly note that in the case of returns, you are responsible for handling the shipping charges for the returned item.
