Do you deliver regionally?

Yes! We deliver regionally and worldwide.

Does the price of an Item cover the shipping cost outside of Qatar?

No. the shipping is a third party service and it is not included in the price. We work with international shipping companies to ensure great service and convenient prices.

What do I get in the package?

For paintings and prints, you get an authenticity letter from the artist that states the sequential number of the piece and that is signed by the artist.

I received a damaged package, what should I do now?

Please contact us by email, adding a small description and attaching few images, and we will contact you straight after.

Can I return a purchased item?

Some items can be returned or swapped. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. You are responsible for handling shipping charges for returned items.

The print turned out to be a little smaller than I expected, can I get a bigger size?

Yes. Please get in touch with us and our team will handle your request.

How much time does it take to deliver?

Between 5 to 14 days in the Middle East area, and up to 18 days internationally.

Can I track my package?

Once the shipment leaves our studio, we will share with you the package tracking number, where you can login to a third party website to see the delivery progress.
